What does pricing include?
Pricing covers labor, standard supplies, and travel for homes within the included size range. If your home is larger or you choose extras, the final quote will update before checkout so there are no surprises.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancelling and rescheduling are free. We charge your card only after a cleaning is finished, so a booking you cancel is never charged. We just ask for as much notice as you can give us.
Are cleaners background checked?
Yes — all cleaners are background-checked, vetted, and insured before they join our network.
Do I need to be home for the cleaning?
No, not necessarily. If you won't be home, just provide your preferred access method and any entry instructions during booking.
