Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including name, phone number, email, service address, booking details, account information, and communication history.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide and improve services, process bookings and payments, send confirmations and reminders, respond to support requests, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

Payment Data

Payments and payment-method setup are processed by Stripe. Kelvora does not store full payment card numbers. When you book a service, Stripe may securely save your payment method so that the applicable charge can be processed after your cleaning is completed. Payment processing is subject to Stripe's terms and privacy practices.

Cookies and Analytics

We may use cookies and similar technologies for website functionality, security, and performance measurement. You can control cookies through browser settings, though some features may not work correctly if cookies are disabled.

The Kelvora Cleaner App

Cleaning professionals use the Kelvora Cleaner mobile app to receive job offers and carry out scheduled work. Cleaner accounts are created by Kelvora — they cannot be self-registered — and sign in with an email address and password.

Location.When a cleaner marks that they have arrived at a job, the app reads the device location at that moment to confirm arrival at the scheduled address. Location is used only while the app is in use. Kelvora does not track a cleaner's location in the background or between jobs.

Camera and photos. The app can take photos, or select existing ones from the device, to document work on a job. These photos form part of the record for that job.

Notifications.Job offers are delivered through the app and can expire, so the app sends push notifications about offers and other work relevant to a cleaner's scheduled jobs.

Time records. Clocking in and out in the app records the hours worked on a job. Kelvora reviews and approves those hours and passes them to its payroll provider, which issues payment. Kelvora does not store bank account, routing, tax-withholding or other sensitive payroll details in the app.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that support operations, such as payment processing, scheduling, communications, and hosting. We may also share information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit use of personal information. You can request updates or deletion where applicable and opt out of non-essential communications.

Children's Privacy

Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
