Starting prices are based on the included home size. Homes exceeding the included limits may receive an adjustment shown before booking confirmation. Your payment method is securely saved at booking, and you aren't charged until after your cleaning is completed.
Standard Clean
Typical cleaning time: approximately 2 hours
Regularly maintained homes and routine upkeep. Includes routine dusting, bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, vacuuming, and floors.

Deep Clean
Typical cleaning time: approximately 3 hours
First-time cleans, seasonal resets, or homes needing extra attention. Includes everything in Standard Clean, plus baseboards, fixtures, buildup/neglected areas, detailed bathrooms, and Kitchen Cabinets (Inside).

Move-In / Move-Out Deep Clean
Typical cleaning time: approximately 4 hours
Vacant homes, cleaning before or after a move, and property turnover. Includes everything in Deep Clean, plus Inside Oven, Inside Fridge, Kitchen Cabinets (Inside), and Interior Windows.

Included home sizes
Base pricing applies to
- Apartment / Condo: up to 2 bed / 2 bath
- Townhome: up to 3 bed / 2.5 bath
- Single-family: up to 4 bed / 3 bath
Homes outside these limits may receive an adjustment, shown before confirming your booking.
Basements and square footage
- Finished basement space counts toward cleanable square footage.
- Bedrooms and bathrooms in a basement count toward bedroom/bathroom adjustments.
- Unfinished basement space is not automatically included unless requested.
- Homes where basement scope materially increases cleaning may require an additional adjustment or custom quote.
Optional extras
Some services include additional cleaning automatically, while others remain optional add-ons.
Standard Clean
- Inside oven and inside refrigerator are optional add-ons.
- Kitchen Cabinets (Inside) and Interior Windows are optional add-ons.
- Garage sweeping, laundry, and bed-linen changes are optional add-ons.
Deep Clean
- Kitchen Cabinets (Inside) are included automatically.
- Inside oven, inside refrigerator, and interior windows are optional add-ons.
- Garage sweeping, laundry, and bed-linen changes are optional add-ons.
Move-In / Move-Out Deep Clean
- Inside oven, inside refrigerator, and Kitchen Cabinets (Inside) are included.
- Interior Windows are included.
- Garage sweeping, laundry, and bed-linen changes remain optional add-ons.
- Move-In / Move-Out cleaning is intended for vacant or substantially vacant properties. Personal belongings and household items should be removed before the cleaning appointment. Excessive belongings that prevent access to surfaces may limit the work that can be completed.

Deep Clean
- Kitchen Cabinets (Inside) are included.

- Laundry, bed-linen changes, and garage sweeping remain optional extras.
- Decluttering, organizing, and hauling away belongings are not included.

Recurring discounts apply to Standard Clean only. Deep Clean and Move-In / Move-Out Deep Clean are one-time or occasional services. First-time Standard promotion does not apply to recurring frequencies.
