Every price below is the base price for homes within the included size limits. Pricing is based on expected cleaning time and condition of the home, not just the number of bedrooms. If your home is larger than the included size, we will calculate any additional charges before checkout and show the full breakdown before you pay.
Typical cleaning times are based on the included home size. Larger homes, extra add-ons, or homes needing more attention may take longer.
Included home sizes
One base price, with clear size limits
The same base price is used across home types so the pricing stays simple. Homes outside these limits receive a small adjustment shown before payment.
Apartment / Condo
Up to 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Townhome
Up to 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
Single-family home
Up to 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Deep Cleaning
Typical cleaning time: 4–6 hours
Includes everything in Standard Cleaning, plus extra attention to buildup, neglected areas, baseboards, fixtures, and detailed bathrooms. Great for a first-time clean or seasonal refresh.
